Linebacker: Ryan Shazier (2011-2013)

Another key member of the 2012 undefeated team, Shazier was a unanimous selection for the Scarlet and Game All-Decade Team. With 15 career sacks and 45.5 tackles for loss, Shazier was a dominant player on Ohio State’s second level. He led the Big Ten in 2013 with 144 total tackles.

Linebacker: Raekwon McMillan (2014-2016)

The former five-star recruit from Midway Georgia, McMillan was a pure tackling machine. With 275 career tackles and 18 tackles for a loss, McMillan was a true thumper in the middle of the Buckeye defense while also having the speed to play great in coverage.

Linebacker: Darron Lee (2013-2015)

Unanimous selection, Lee had a huge 2014 season with 16 tackles for a loss, 6.5 sacks and two fumble returns for touchdowns. Darron Lee had excellent speed and was a great sideline to sideline linebacker for Ohio State.

There was stiff competition in the next unit with Ohio State known as DB U.
