Ohio State Football: Big Ten Championship Game predictions
The Wisconsin Badgers have been on a roll the last few games and you know defensive coordinator Jim Leonard will have a few tricks up his sleeve as he always does. This could be a battle early on but I don’t see it being so in the third quarter like it did in the last matchup.
It won’t take the offensive line that long to figure out coach Leonard’s scheme now that they have been playing together for a full season. I see the Slobs imposing their will early and opening holes for J.K. Dobbins in the first half.
The skill position players on the edge will make their mark early as well.
The stout Ohio State defense will once again contain running back Jonathan Taylor and make the Wisconsin attack one-dimensional. Quarterback Jack Coan has played well lately but if he has to throw 35-40 times he’s in trouble.
He will know Chase Young and Co. very well by the end of the game if he has to drop back that many times.
The Buckeyes have been on a mission all season and I think they make a statement to the CFP Committee that they deserve the No. 1 spot in the playoff. I see Ohio State winning 48-17.
There you have it, our Scarlet And Game predictions for the Big Ten Championship Game. Are we all correct and the Buckeyes cruise into the Final Four?
