Predicting this Buckeye team to win 24 games this season might be a little ambitious. There are plenty of signs pointing to this being one of the most exciting teams we have had in Columbus in a while though.
You have the star in Kaleb Wesson who ranked No. 6 among all college basketball players coming into this season by ESPN. And you have a stud transfer in Walker who should provide plenty of stability to a young lineup.
There are also the returning players who should give the Buckeyes the most depth they have had since the Aaron Craft days. And lastly, you have a trio of freshmen who should produce right away and only improve as the season goes on.
Whether I am right or wrong, this is definitely shaping up to be an exciting season for the Ohio State basketball team. The season begins against Cincinnati Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. at home.
