Ohio State Football: What Buckeye stars should dress up as for Halloween
By David Wysong
It’s Halloween time and with that comes costumes. We all love the Ohio State football team and I can only wonder what some of them would dress up as.
Many people love dressing up in costumes for Halloween. I am not sure if anyone on the Ohio State football team will partake in festivities, but I took some time to pick out what some of their stars should dress up as.
Here is what I came up with for some of their biggest names.
Chase Young – The Incredible Hulk
Buckeye defensive end Chase Young is already a huge monster so why not be one for Halloween?
Young stands at six-foot-five, 265 pounds of pure muscle. He also creates a lot of damage as he already has 9.5 sacks on the season and 23 total tackles. I am pretty sure he is capable of breaking every quarterback he sacks too.
Now, he is not quite as big as the Hulk. According to Marvel, the Hulk is over seven feet tall and over 1,000 pounds. That’s not possible for a human so I’ll give Young a break.
It would be pretty cool to see Young painted up in green with his huge muscles too, so I think this is a perfect costume for the talented defensive end.
J.K. Dobbins – Tasmanian Devil
Looney Tunes’ Tasmanian Devil is a perfect costume idea for star running back J.K. Dobbins.
This is how Fandom defines the Tasmanian Devil.
"The Devil devours everything in sight, including boulders, trees, shrubs, and hills, all the while whirling about like a miniature cyclone that sounds like a dozen motors all whirring in unison."
Dobbins pretty much does this same thing when he runs the ball. He devours any linebacker or defensive back in sight with his stiff-arm while also whirling down the field with his top-shelf speed.
Dobbins has used that destructiveness to run for 947 yards and seven touchdowns, which I think proves that he is the perfect Tasmanian Devil.
