Marshon Lattimore | 3 Tackles, 2 Passes Defended

What can you say about this guy? He’s been the best corner in the NFL this season and it’s not really that close.

It’s been back to back games where the former Buckeye standout has completely shutdown an opposing elite wide receiver. Last week it was Amari Cooper and this week it was Mike Evans, a player that had 1,524 receiving yards last season.

Evans had three targets and no receptions on Sunday afternoon. No, he didn’t get injured just couldn’t shake Lattimore. It got to the point where Jameis Winston just stopped throwing his way.

Cooper and Evans are both top 10 wide receivers in this league and Lattimore made it look like they were rookies all over again. With DJ Clark emerging as the top receiver for the Jaguars this season, it will be interesting to see how he does with Lattimore defending him on Sunday.
