No. 5 Ohio State

That’s right, it’s not Georgia! Instead, it’s our beloved Buckeyes once again at number 5.

The convincing win over a good Cincinnati team was enough to keep them at 5, and almost made me put the Bucks ahead of OU. Justin Fields picked up where he left off after FAU game and looked phenomenal.

I’m ready to eat a little bit  of crow after writing an article urging Buckeye Nation to pump the brakes on Justin Fields Heisman hype. There’s still a long way to go, but Fields is impressing me.

J.K. Dobbins did what J.K. Dobbins does and torched the Bearcat defense for 141 yards and two touchdowns. The most promising stat of the game was the goose egg on the scoreboard for the Bearcats.

The Buckeye defense just might be back, unlike Texas.
