Peach Bowl: #1 Clemson vs. #4 LSU

Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA

Tigers vs. Tigers. Battle for Death Valley. A Heisman-favorite QB vs. a stingy Bayou defense.

When Clemson heads into Atlanta to face LSU, the stakes will be higher than ever. All I can say for sure is that the Tigers will win.

In this case, Clemson (14-0, 8-0 ACC) will continue their run of dominance, but LSU (11-2, 7-1 SEC) will prove that they did indeed belong in the CFP, disturbing Trevor Lawrence to bring the game down to the wire.

Fiesta Bowl: #2 Alabama vs. #3 Ohio State

The last time the Buckeyes met the Crimson Tide, Ezekiel Elliott went 85 yards through the heart of the south. Ohio State carried this moment into their defeat of Oregon for the first ever College Football Playoff National Championship.

This time around, the Buckeyes face a talented Alabama offense, led by Tua Tagovailoa and Jerry Jeudy. As always, the Crimson Tide defense will also be strong, and even after losing several key players from 2018, Nick Saban will find a way to retool and continue to restrict opposing offenses.

In 2019’s version, Buckeyes (13-1, 8-1 Big Ten) are able to pull off the upset over the Crimson Tide (12-2, 7-1 SEC), setting up a date with Clemson in New Orleans.
