4: Ohio State vs. Penn State (2017) 39-38

This game was the craziest of the 2017 season.  The 6th ranked Buckeyes took on the No. 2 Nittany Lions at the Horseshoe.

Both teams would go back and forth for the most part. Ohio State had a Star in J.T. Barrett and Penn State had their star RB Saquon Barkley.

However, the play that mattered most in the end was when senior quarterback Barrett threw a touchdown pass to Marcus Baugh with just over a minute to go in the game.  Penn State would get the ball back but Trace McSorley would throw an incomplete pass on a 4th and 15 giving Ohio State the victory.

The 2018 game was great as well, but this one in my opinion was even better.  Barrett would throw for 328 yards and 4 touchdowns on the day.
