Top 10 Ohio State football games in the 21st century

6: Ohio State vs. Purdue (2002) 10-6
Both defenses during this game were strong the whole way through. Ohio State came into this game 10-0 while Purdue was just fighting for a bowl appearance.
With 1:36 to go, it looked as if the Buckeyes would get upset by the unranked Boilermakers. That is until the “Holy Buckeye” play in which Craig Krenzel would throw a bomb to the hands of Michael Jenkins giving them the 10-6 lead.
Purdue would get the ball back, but quarterback Kyle Orton would be picked off by Chris Gamble late saving the third ranked Buckeyes’ season.
The throw from Krenzel to Jenkins was one of the biggest plays during that magical run.
