11. ILB Devin Bush, Michigan – Cincinnati Bengals

With the loss of Vontaze Burfict to Tampa Bay, Bengals retool with talented LB from Michigan.

12. DE Christian Wilkins, Clemson – Green Bay Packers

Packers need help at defensive end, and All-American Wilkins will be instrumental in fixing the problem. Plus I don’t see him falling further than 15th.

13. OLB Brian Burns, Florida State – Detroit Lions (from MIA: trade 8th for 13th, 78th and 151st)

Projected by many to go eighth to the Lions before the trade, falls to the Lions anyway at 13 because previous teams lack need for OLB. Burns adds to Patricia’s plan to improve defense.

14. OT/G Cody Ford, Oklahoma – Atlanta Falcons

Falcons improve offensive line to try to make push back into the playoffs after incredibly disappointing 2018 campaign.

15. QB Daniel Jones, Duke – Washington Redskins

With Haskins off the board, this pick is likely down to Drew Lock from Missouri and Jones. Redskins go with more local player in surprising move.
