Coming into the week if you would have told Nebraska Cornhusker fans their team would go 1-1 they would have been ecstatic. They had to travel to Indiana and then come back home and play one of the hottest teams in the country in Michigan State. Nebraska did just that beating Indiana handily 66-51 and then only fell by six to Michigan State.

Senior leader James Palmer Jr. led the team in scoring in both games and had a rather unusual game against the Hoosiers as he almost recorded a triple double with 11 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists. Nebraska gets two struggling teams in week 12 as they take on Rutgers on Monday and Ohio State on Saturday.

Week 11 was a week to forget for Indiana basketball fans as the Hoosiers dropped both of their contests by a pretty large margin. First they fell by 14 at home to Nebraska. It didn’t get much better later in the week either as they fell on the road to in-state rival Purdue 55-70.

The youth of Archie Miller’s exciting squad is finally starting to show as they are now 3-4 in Big Ten play and find themselves on the bubble for the NCAA Tournament. Indiana will look to turn the tide against Northwestern and Michigan in week 12.
