Northwestern continues to struggle in the Big Ten with losses to both Iowa and Michigan in week 10. While there are plenty of problems for the Wildcats at this point in the season, it is clear that a lack of a scoring threat has hurt the squad this season.

The Wildcats average 70.7 points a game, good for 225th in the country. In the Big Ten conference, that is not going to cut it.

Rutgers got a huge home victory over Ohio State for their first win in conference play this season. Geo Baker really stepped up for the Scarlet Knights in that game scoring 15 points and hit a few clutch shots down the stretch.

The Rutgers faithful were kicked off their high horse right as they got on it though as Minnesota practically tackled them off of it winning 88-70 the following game. If the Scarlet Knights want any chance of gaining respect in the Big Ten conference, they need to be able to maintain success, which up to this point they have not done.
