6. Jerome Baker

Last Week: 7
Week 6: 2 Tackles
Season: 26 Tackles | 10 Assists | 2 Sacks

Yet another Miami linebacker continues to make an appearance on this list and this time its the speedy linebacker, Jerome Baker.

Baker didn’t have the strongest of outings last week in a close Miami win against the Bears, but his rookie season has been a terrific one as he has racked up 26 tackles and 2 sacks through 6 games.

I look forward to seeing how Baker progresses throughout the season.

5. Malcolm Jenkins

Last Week: 5
Week 6: 5 Tackles | 1 Assist
Season: 25 Tackles | 6 Assists | 2 TFL | 1 FF | 2 Pass Defended

The Eagles finally got on the right track again last week and Malcolm Jenkins was a significant reason why. He racked up 5 tackles, an assist and led an Eagles defense to a dominating performance over the New York Giants on Thursday Night Football.

Malcolm loved to perform on the biggest stages while in a Buckeye uniform and not much has changed in the years he has spent in the NFL.
