Maryland at Iowa

The Hawkeyes have won back-to-back road games after the heartbreaking loss to Wisconsin. They return home to face a Terps team that is 4-2 and looking for the upset.

It won’t happen. They still have a shot at winning the West and will be ready.

Maryland’s strength is its running game averaging 242.5 yards-per game.

Iowa is No. 3 in the FBS in stopping the run allowing 81.5 yards-per-game.

The Wolverines kept the Terps in check and I expect Iowa will do the same.

The game will be close because Maryland’s secondary is good but the Hawkeyes will grind out a solid win.

Iowa 34-18
