Will the Ohio State football team struggle again this week and who wins the big game up north? Answers to those questions and more in my Big Ten predictions.

Every week I will provide my predictions for Big Ten games beginning with the Ohio State football team’s matchup. I stayed on a roll last week as I finished 5-2 which brings my record to 47-17 on the year.  En fuego.

Here are my week 8 predictions:

Ohio State at Purdue

These two teams have not played since the 2013 season.

We know the storylines.

Buckeyes run game is struggling.

The defense can’t stop a high school team, at least in the first half.

The Boilermakers have rebounded from their disastrous 0-3 start.

Rondale Moore can’t be stopped.

There is truth in all of that, but Saturday night is about Ohio State exerting its will on Purdue.

The team has heard the criticism and chatter for weeks.  I think the Buckeyes eat that up as fuel and deliver a great performance heading into the off week.

Ohio State wins 45-20.
