Q: How many losses will it take for Harbaugh to get fired?
A: I do not believe there is a magic number of losses for Harbaugh to be fired. Now, I do foresee the Michigan faithful calling for his job if he manages another season like in 2017. The Wolverines’’ schedule is an absolute gauntlet. I think Michigan fans are shooting for one to two losses now that they lost the opener to Notre Dame, but they would accept three.
Losing four or more games, which I do not see happening, will raise some eyebrows and questions about Harbaugh as a coach. In the event that somehow happens, do not be surprised to see Harbaugh make the jump back to the NFL on his own accord. Again, I do not believe Michigan loses that many games, however, the matchups are there to create the hypothetical storyline.
Now, is there actually a team that could contend with Wisconsin for the Big Ten West Division title?
