Western Kentucky at Wisconsin

If Jeff Brohm was still coaching the Hilltoppers, I might have a different prediction for this game. This will be a blowout.  Jonathan Taylor rushes for 200-plus yards.  Badgers win 48-7.

Oregon State at Ohio State

The Beavers may have been the worst FBS team in 2017.  Will they be better this year under new coach Jonathan Smith?  If they are, it may not show up in this game.

The distractions over the last month plus the absence of Urban Meyer won’t slow down the Buckeyes. They have too much firepower on both sides of the ball.

I expect Ohio State to start fast and keep the momentum going until the fourth quarter.  Buckeyes win 52-10.
