Parris Campbell is the Buckeyes best offensive playmaker:

Parris Campbell has put up solid numbers in every one of the Buckeyes’ games so far this season, and he is more of a traditional H-Back than KJ Hill. He lines up mostly in the slot similar to what Percy Harvin did under Urban Meyer at Florida.

Also, Campbell is not the same downfield threat that Hill is, and most of his catches are within ten yards of the line of scrimmage. However, he has the ability to take any catch all the way to the end zone. He has this ability mostly due to his outstanding speed he displayed on his 69 yard touchdown on a screen pass Saturday.

This has been a recurring theme for Parris Campbell throughout his Ohio State career. Whenever he touches the ball there is the potential for an explosive play. As Campbell and Barrett continue to get in sync, the two will continue to hit on more of those big plays down the field, and provide the Buckeye’s with a quick-hitting weapon that at any time could put points on the board.
