Mark Walton- Miami

Running back Mark Walton is a 5’10, 179 pound junior who is looking to prove himself as a top back on the national level and a future NFL Draft pick. This season I think he will do just that.

The Miami Hurricanes have made it evident they want to get back to their old school style of football: Hard Defense and Hard Running. Walton is the main piece in the Miami run game and will see perhaps more touches than any back in the country this season.

In Week 1, if you have Walton, do not even blink before putting him in the starting lineup. The Hurricanes will play at home against the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats. I see Miami scoring at least 60 points and an FCS opponent as weak as BCU is a perfect platform for Walton to start the year of running… literally.
