3. The Wisconsin Badgers will be 12-0

What? I know, crazy right! Actually this prediction might not be too far-fetched.

If Wisconsin were to go 12-0 they would most likely face up against Ohio State in the Big Ten championship game which i would give them 0% chance of winning. But before then, THEY PLAY NOBODY.

The Badgers start the season with their three out of conference matchups being Utah State, Florida Atlantic, and BYU. BYU is barely a top 50 team and the other two don’t even crack the top 100.

They then move into their Big 10 schedule, which has magically lined up as one of the easiest schedules in the country. They play Nebraska, Illinois and Indiana on the road. Those are games the Badgers should easily win even without playing in their home atmosphere.

They play Northwestern, Purdue, Maryland and Iowa at home. Of these four maybe two will even be bowl eligible teams. Winning all those very probable games i have mentioned above would put the Badgers at 10-0 on the season.

In week 12 Wisconsin plays Michigan, and this matchup is the only one that scares me a little. It’s not terrifying, just if the Badgers are going to lose a regular season game it’s going to be this one.

The Wolverines will need the confidence of winning this game to take into week 13 against Buckeye Nation. They aren’t the kind of team to lie on their back and let you run over them like Wisconsin loves to do.

I think with this game being in Madison, the Badgers can pull it off with ease. But just be warned Wisconsin fans, the final game is on the road against Minnesota. The Gophers aren’t going to be terrible, but if Wisconsin is 11-0 they aren’t going to blow their season against a much less experienced team.
