No. 7 Penn State

No one, not even die-hard Penn State fans, thought the Nittany Lions would be in position to win the Big Ten East this year.  They need to take care of business at home against Michigan State and get some help from the Buckeyes.

If they pull it off, James Franklin deserves Big Ten Coach-of-the-Year, and that is saying a lot considering the season that Wisconsin is having.
