7. Elijah Hood, North Carolina: A popular dark horse Heisman contender, Hood had a few huge games last season and has the potential to put the team on his back week in and week out. After being third in the ACC with 1,463 rushing yards as a sophomore the expectations are raised with another year under his belt and four returning offensive lineman in front of him. Hood was also second in the conference in rushing touchdowns with 17 and that number should also grow.
