3. Jeremy McNichols, Boise St.: The Broncos have one of the smoothest backs in the country with McNichols, who has the ability to take it to the house every time he touches the ball. He scored 20 touchdowns and averaged 111.4 yards per game on his way to being named second team All-Mountain West. Another reason to snatch up the 5-9 dynamo is that Boise smokes everyone, which means plenty of carries and points.
