6. Luke Falk, Washington St.: Falk threw for 4,561 yards and 38 touchdowns and this pass happy Cougar team is expected to rely on his arm even more in 2016. He is one of the most impressive passers in college football and has been tagged as a dark horse Heisman candidate.
