3. Seth Russell, Baylor: This is where the list starts to get messy, because with the departure of Art Briles the play calling is a bit of an unknown. With that said the Bears have been a dominating team through the air and it would seam silly to stray away from what works.
Through seven games last season before he was hurt, Russell threw for 2,104 yards and 29 touchdowns. He might be worth the risk early in the first round.
