Free Safety: Vonn Bell

Coming in as a five-star recruit, hype surrounded Vonn Bell from the get-go!  He lived up to it, too. In his first career start, in the 2014 Discover Orange Bowl, he recorded his first collegiate interception.

Vonn Bell became a full time starter for the Buckeyes the following season, proving to become an important factor in Ohio State’s run to is eighth national title in program history, recording 91 tackles and a conference-leading six interceptions, including a game-changing one versus Alabama in the 2015 All-State Sugar Bowl.

Before opting to skip his senior season and take his talents to the NFL, Bell followed that up by becoming a First-team All-American in 2015 and a first-team All-Big Ten selection.
