9. Tarik Cohen, North Carolina A & T, 5-6, 173 lbs., Sr.: Most people have not heard of this miniature Adrian Peterson, but anyone who watched the Celebration Bowl last season knows about his playmaking ability.

Cohen had touchdown runs of 73, 74, and 80 yards in that game and that is what he has done his entire career. His size will hold his stock back, but he runs with enough strength to warrant a look.
