8. Elijah McGuire, Louisiana Lafayette, 5-11, 208 lbs., Sr.: McGuire’s production last season would have been solid for most backs, but it was seen as a disappointment for this Ragin’ Cajun. McGuire was named 2014 Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year and could not repeat that success in 2015.

We will see what McGuire can do after missing three weeks of spring practice to join the basketball team.
