Joshua Perry, OLB/ILB- 102nd Pick in the 4th Round to San Diego: Perry joins Bosa as a potential starter for the Charger defense. Perry projects best as a 3-4 outside linebacker, but he can develop on the inside as well, which is where it looks like he will spend his time in San Diego.

Perry in the fourth round is a steal, but it seams too soon to give up on Manti Te’o. Perry is going to take time to develop, because he lacks the athleticism to dominate in coverage, but he is a physical player who wraps up consistently.
