To navigate a season like this unscathed requires strong leadership. Barrett, Pat Elflein and Raekwon McMillan will provide most of it, but other players need to step up.  Sam Hubbard, Tyquan Lewis, Noah Brown and Dontre Wilson all need to drive this team to get better every week.

No one expected the 2014 team to shine after losing Braxton Miller.  That team found its soul after the loss to Virginia Tech.  The general of that team enters his third season as quarterback.  Barrett’s experience coupled with the determination of the new starters wanting to make their mark will make this a special season.
