There is a real possibility that Clemson can run the table, be undefeated and almost guaranteed a berth in the playoffs. Also, the way things are shaping up there could be an undefeated team in the Big Ten, Ohio State, Michigan State or Iowa. And in the Big 12 as well either Baylor or TCU.

If LSU can remain undefeated that would round out the field. But if LSU stumbles along the way things will get really interesting. And then it might be an uphill battle for the SEC. What if the Tigers do lose a game?
