1. Devontae Booker, Utah Utes, 5-11, 212 lbs.: This will be a highly debatable and criticized choice, but Booker does it all for the Utah offense. In addition to rushing for over 1,500 yards he was also instrumental in the passing game with 43 receptions for over 300 yards receiving. When watching Booker’s film it is evident that he is one of the toughest players in college football to tackle.
