Ohio State Football: How Buckeyes performed at the NFL Combine

Smith impressed many scouts at the combine. The speedy receiver ran the 40-yard dash in 4.42 seconds, after running it in 4.47 seconds his first try.

Most scouts say that Smith is most comparable to current speedy NFL wide receiver Desean Jackson. Both players have big play speed. The major knock on Smith so far is that he doesn’t run as crisp of routes as some pro teams would like.
