It’s no secret that the Ohio State Buckeyes will be fielding inarguably the nation’s best football team this upcoming season.

Nearly their entire starting lineup returns, which includes multiple potential first-round draft picks and a preseason Heisman candidate to boot.

Still, there’s always, always at least a few players who enter the season riding of wave of excitement and hype, only to fall short of what’s expected of them.

It’s common in the world of college football and it happens to teams around the country year after year.

The Buckeyes are no exception.

Just as the wind blows, clouds form, and the Sun rises, football players do indeed disappoint from time to time. Let’s take a look at which Buckeyes are in line for underwhelming seasons.
