Weekend games that impact the Ohio State Football team

#1 Alabama Crimson Tide vs. #14 Miami (Fl) Hurricanes
Coming off yet another National Championship season, Alabama begins their title defense against the Miami Hurricanes. Not the “U” of old, this is a program that is still looking to take the final step from a good program to one of the top schools in the country.
Alabama is rocking their tried and true tradition of sending off their team to the NFL and watching the next man step up and continue the dynasty. While it is easy to point to all the talent they lost and say that they will take a step back this year, for the last ten years they have been able to reload time and time again.
The offense will look particularly different, so expect the Crimson Tide to look more like the pound and ground teams of the early 2010s rather than the dynamic passing attack they had last year.
Miami is hoping that a veteran team will have what it takes to dethrone the king. The Hurricanes look like a good football team across the board with the offense running through D’Eriq King who is a good dual-threat quarterback.
Alabama is on another level. While most people would love to see the Tide lose, it’s not happening against Miami. Prediction: Alabama 34 Miami 17
