 Keith Duncan, Iowa

Duncan is coming back to Iowa as an All-American selection last season after going 29 for 34 on field goal attempts and a perfect 32 of 32 in extra pionts for the Hawkeyes in 2019.

Punter:

Blake Hayes, Illinois

The only Illinois football player to make the team, Haysem returns as the Big Ten’s punter of the year in 2019 after averaging 44.6 yards per punt a season ago.

Return Specialist:

Rondale More, Purdue 

His second appearance on this team, Rondale Moore is a feared kick and punt returner with his quick feet and elusiveness. Moore is capable of breaking the big one every time he has the ball in his hands.
