Indiana (-17) over Ball State

After posting back-to-back 5-7 seasons, will this be the season Tom Allen gets his program over the hump and bowl eligible again?

He just announced that Michael Penix will be the starting quarterback beating out Peyton Ramsey who was the starter last year.

Penix has a strong arm and plenty of weapons around him to be effective.

Even though the Cardinals have a veteran team with 17 starters back, I don’t see this being a close game.
