9. UCF

I’ll admit I am one of the critics who says UCF is not ever going to make the College Football Playoff playing in a non Power 5 conference. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t still on of the top 10 teams in the country.

If we were talking an 8 team playoff, then it would definitely be possible for them to make it if they won out. UCF has talent all over the field and it shows in that they are 4th best in the country in scoring as well as 3rd in total yards.

Junior Quarterback McKenzie Milton has been a leader for this Central Florida team since he stepped on the field as a freshman. This season through 6 games Milton has thrown for 1,797 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 4 interceptions. Numbers that you would expect of the most elite quarterbacks.

They shouldn’t be shaken from these rankings next week either barring a complete meltdown against East Carolina.
