Defensive Tackle No. 1: Michael Bennett (2012-14)

In the 2014 season Michael Bennett was a big reason why Ohio State had one of the best d-lines in the country, and was a key factor in the Buckeyes’ run to a national championship. However, he first really came onto the scene in the 2013 season, starting in 13 games and recording 44 tackles, 11.5 tackles-for-loss and 7.5 sacks.

As a senior, he was a First Team All-American, a second team All-Big Ten selection, was voted co-captain by his teammates, and recorded 14.0 tackles-for-loss, 7 sacks and three forced fumbles. His 18.0 career sacks are good enough for ninth in school history.
