3. James Conner, Pittsburgh Panthers, 6-2, 250 lbs.: That’s right Conner is a monster at 250 pounds and has the elusiveness and speed to be an effective every down player at the next level. He rushed for over 1,700 yards last season and thanks to a lack of effectiveness in the passing game, Conner is expected to surpass that this season.
