4. Christian Hackeberg, Penn State Nittany Lions, 6-4, 236 lbs.: Hackenberg has the skills to be first on this list, but he struggled last season and his 12 touchdowns to 15 interceptions are evidence of that. The Penn State gunslinger oozes with potential and we should see massive improvement in his play this year. I want to scratch last season’s struggles up to new offense adjustments and an extreme lack of talent around him.
