8. Cody Kessler, USC Trojans, 6-1, 215 lbs.: Kessler seams to be the prospect that is flying under the radar the most. The stat line that most blew me away with him was the fact that he threw for at least four touchdowns in six games last season. Not only should he be on everyone’s NFL radar, but he qualifies as a Heisman candidate too.
