10. Max Wittek, Hawaii Warriors, 6-4, 240 lbs.: After struggling at USC, Wittek decided to transfer to where former Trojan offensive coordinator, Norm Chow could take care of him. Wittek has one year to light it up. He was a former five-star recruit and when watching him play his potential is obvious, but after 14 games and two starts at USC it was clear he needed a change of scenery.
