The Ohio State Buckeyes will get the college football season kicked off in just a few days when they head out to Baltimore to take on the Navy Midshipmen. However, as we unfortunately know, they will be without starting quarterback Braxton Miller, not just for this game, but for the entire season after he suffered yet another shoulder injury in practice.
Well on Tuesday, Miller took the first step to recovery as he paid a visit to one of the best in the world, Dr. James Andrews, and he underwent successful surgery to repair the shoulder.
Along with the picture, Miller provided the good news that everything had gone well with the procedure, which is the news that everyone had been waiting to hear.
Me & the best to do it , Dr. Andrews after surgery today! So happy this man said everything went well!
Now the rehabilitation process begins, which will end with his return to Columbus next season. As we also found out this past week, Miller does indeed plan to return to the Buckeyes for his senior season, music to any Ohio State fans’ ears.
But for right now, the focus is on Miller taking the time to get back to full health, so we can see that triumphant return one day.
