The Ohio State Buckeyes still have a long ways to go in their 2015 recruiting class, but they could be getting a big commit in the form of four-star linebacker Ricky DeBerry, who recently released his top six schools, with Ohio State being among the finalists for his defensive services.

There’s a myriad of competition in that list with the SEC, Big Ten and ACC. But this is one of the best remaining players in the country that has yet to commit anywhere, so that’s to be expected.
DeBerry does plan to take a visit to Columbus very soon, as he will be in attendance for the Buckeyes’ huge home game against the Virginia Tech Hokies in early September. As far as atmosphere, there should be no better place for a recruit to be than inside the Horseshoe on that night when the battle takes place.
As of now, DeBerry has not set a timetable for his decision.
What do you think? Can the Buckeyes get themselves one of the best linebackers in the country in DeBerry? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
