All Ohio State fans have been wondering when we would hear some word about former Buckeyes star Aaron Craft receiving a break as he tries to take off on his NBA journey, and that day has finally arrived as the point guard has announced that he will take part in Golden State Warriors training camp.

The Warriors were one of the teams that Craft spent time with recently in the NBA Summer League, and new head coach Steve Kerr was impressed with what he saw from the former All Big Ten player. This isn’t shocking by any means, seeing as Kerr himself was at one time an underdog in the league, and he eventually took the most advantage of the opportunity that he was given.
Now it will be Craft’s turn as he looks to prove everyone wrong who did not draft him back in June. Some were shocked that no one decided to at least take a chance on him, but then again, some weren’t. He’s the ultimate wild card.
But sometimes, the wild cards pan out. Go get ‘em, Aaron!
