Whether or not the Ohio State Buckeyes can land another quarterback in the 2015 recruiting class, we have yet to find that out. But what we do know is that they would be content with their only commitment at the position they have at the moment, 3-star Joe Burrow.
Recently, Burrow sat down with Eleven Warriors to have a discussion about the Buckeyes, and here are a few of the highlights.
On whether or not he’s recruiting other players to the 2015 class: Yes, I am recruiting other players. All of the commits have done a great job in recruiting the players that we want to join us, and we’re working very hard. We want to have to number one recruiting class this year because our goal before we graduate is to win a national championship and we will not settle for anything less. We want to get to the top and we need the best players to do that.
On if he’s a pocket passer or dual-threat: I would definitely describe myself as a pocket passer, but someone who can run if needed. I’m not going to just take off before the play develops if I have time. I think what makes me so dangerous is that I look for plays down the field until the very last moment. Off of that though, I can run designed run plays and I will not shy away from contact.
