Ohio State Football: Devin Smith named to 2014 Biletnikoff Award Watch List

The 2014 Biletnikoff Award Watch List was released on Tuesday morning, and yet another Ohio State Buckeye was honored as Devin Smith was one of the names on the coveted list.

Smith will be seen as a key component in the Ohio State passing game coming up this season, and rightfully so. He’s the most productive target coming back, catching 44 balls last season for 660 yards and eight scores.
