Last week, after a long drought, Ohio State received the third commitment of the class in the form of QB Joe Burrow, and now everything seems to be back on a nice track here with Green’s pledge.

Green is a 6-3, 195-pound athlete that can play both sides of the ball, however he’s projected to be a full-time safety upon arriving on campus in Columbus. He’s the 18th rated safety in the 247 Sports composite rankings and the 11th rated overall player in the state of Maryland.
Aside from the Buckeyes offer which he just received on Sunday, Green had others on the table from the likes of Maryland Terrapins, N.C. State Wolfpack, Indiana Hoosiers, Virginia Cavaliers and a host of others.
Again, this happening today now takes the Buckeyes’ 2015 class up to four commitments with plenty more to come throughout the summer.
